Drywall Repair in Elizabeth and Nearby Towns
We fix walls and ceilings in Elizabeth and the towns around it. Same crew, same habits everywhere we go. Drop cloths go down before tools come out, dust stays in the room, and you get a clear word about what we found and what comes next.

Where We Work
Most of our jobs are in Elizabeth. We also work in Newark, Bayonne, Union, Irvington and Linden, plus Carteret, Cranford, Roselle, Hillside and Harrison. If your town sits close to that list, call and ask. We'll tell you straight if it's in our range.
The work doesn't change from town to town. We cover floors and furniture, mask doorways when there's sanding, and walk you through the plan before we start. Whether it's a rental in Irvington or a single-family house in Cranford, you know who is in your home, what they're doing that day and when they'll be done. Landlords and property managers get the same updates, so tenants aren't left guessing.

What Local Homes Tend to Need
- Plaster next to drywall
- Many houses in this area went up before drywall was common. One room may still have plaster on lath while the next has drywall from an old remodel. Where the two meet, a repair needs care. We build up to the same thickness and spread the edges wide so no ridge shows.
- Seams that move with the weather
- Muggy summers and dry heated winters make the framing grow and shrink slightly each year. That movement causes nail pops, split tape in corners and fine cracks above doors. We refasten, retape and finish the joint properly rather than covering it with compound, so it is less likely to reopen next season.
- Leaks from the unit above
- There are plenty of two-family houses and apartment buildings here, and water from upstairs often shows up as a stain or sag in the ceiling underneath. We remove the wet or soft board, make sure the area is dry, put up new drywall and match the texture. Call us for the ceiling once the leak has been repaired.
- Permits
- In New Jersey, small patches and repairs generally go ahead without a permit. Larger work, such as replacing big sections of wall or ceiling, may need one from the town's construction office, and the rules differ slightly from town to town. Before we start, we let you know if your job needs one, and we pull it when it does.
- Staying home while we work
- Most customers remain at home during the job. We keep the work area clean, put plastic over doorways while sanding and tidy up every evening so the room is usable at night. We can also handle a paint touch-up on the repaired spot.
Tell Us About Your Wall or Ceiling
Call, describe the damage and tell us which town you're in. We'll ask a few questions, explain how we'd handle it and set a time to come take a look.
